Answers:

I) 1. Does synthetic lubricant (like Super Lube from Synco) has more benefits over traditional petroleum-based lubricants?

Yes. For the following reasons:

last at least 4 times longer
doesn't evaporate and leave gummy deposits
less than 1% evaporation vs. 20% for petroleum lubricants
lower consumption because of low volatility
contains Teflon in suspension. Teflon is slipperiest substance known to man (lowest coefficient of friction)
higher temperature range (350 °F continuous vs. 250 °F max. for petroleum lubricants)
non-toxic, non-flammable & biodegradable
non-staining and odorless
U.S.D.A H-1 listing (OK for food contact)
safe on rubber, plastic, leather and fabric
little viscosity change with temperature
does not wash away in hot, cold or salt water
excellent dielectric grease (petroleum based lubricants are rarely used as an insulator)
won't melt and is good for heat sink applications

II) 1. Are your bearing ISO Standard-compliant?

The latest ISO 355 standard was established back in 1977 and all of our products, including those from Timken (USA), FAG (Germany), and NSK (Japan), are ISO-compliant.

III) 1. I have a 3.5-ton truck in my company. It did not come with any mudguard when I first bought it. Does it need a plastic mudguard now?

Absolutely! It is under the HK Ordinance that all commercial trucks running in HK have to have approved mudguards and mudflaps fixed in the correct position before a your vehicle registration license is renewed.

As stated clearly by the Commissioner for Transport on the Road Traffic (Construction & Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations (Chapter 374) on 1 June, 1998, mudguards and mudflaps are part of the requirements for ALL vehicles. These wheel guards shall be so designed as to protect road users, as far as possible, against thrown-up stones, mud, ice, snow and water and to reduce the dangers of those users of coming into contact with the rotating wheels.

III) 2. Where I can I find the details of the specifications?

Some of the specifications excerpt:

* the maximum height of the bottom edge of the mudflap should not exceed 230 mm;

* the mudflap should be at least as wide as the tyre tread pattern;

* components of the wheel guards should be firmly attached to the vehicle; and

* for vehicles with multiple axles, tyres should be treated as separated for mudguarding purpose if the

distance between them on two parallel axles is greater than 300 mm.

IV) 1. Do you offer light bulbs that fit for some unique trucks and motorcycles?

Yes, we do. We offer light bulbs that range from 6 Volts to 24 Volts, and from low wattage signal lamps to high power headlamps. We haven't encountered any requirements that we cannot meet so far.
